The invention relates to a battery module. The battery module comprises several battery monomers and a housing body for accommodating the battery monomers, and a part positioned between the battery monomer and the housing body and between the adjacent battery monomers for absorbing or releasing heat, wherein the part comprises a phase-transition material. The part is a box arranged along the innercircumference of the housing body, and the phase-transition material is packed in the box. The phase-transition material is arranged between the battery monomer and the housing body as well as the adjacent battery monomers, when the temperature is low, the phase-transition material releases heat, and the working ambient temperature of the battery is guaranteed.
