The method comprises: vaccine data uploaded by a vaccination terminal are received, wherein the vaccine data includea first identification code; according to the first identification code, the vaccine data are stored into a corresponding intermediate storage device; and when a vaccine data acquisition instruction sent by a disease control terminal each time, a second identification code in the vaccine data acquisition instruction is read and the vaccine data in the intermediate storage device corresponding to the second identification code are uploaded to the disease control terminal.
