Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the testing technology of material and structural performance tests and relates to a portable small energy impact testing device and a using method thereof. The portable smallenergy impact testing device comprises a pull rod, an impact guide rail, an impact bullet, rubber bands and an impact testing head. The pull rod is elastically connected to the impact bullet. The impact testing head is installed at the bottom of the impact guide rail. The impact bullet is located inside the impact guide rail. The two sides of the impact bullet are provided with bullet loading hooks. The two sides of the impact guide rail are symmetrically provided with longitudinal guide rail grooves. The bullet loading hooks fit to the guide rail grooves. Two sides of the impact guide rail close to the impact testing head are symmetrically provided with guide rail loading hooks.
