The invention discloses a shaft balance mechanism of a wind tunnel compressor rotor. The shaft balance mechanism comprises a balance body; a balancer mounting shaft is fixedly connected to one end ofthe balance body and a flange is fixedly connected to the other end of the balance body; and the flange is used for connecting an inlet side shaft or outlet side shaft of a wind tunnel compressor rotor. In addition, the invention also discloses a shaft balance method.
