A damping washer is fixedly installed on one side of the support plate. A fastening piece is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the damping washer. A lifting rod is fixedly installed in the middle of the fastening piece. A fixed block is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the lifting frame. A metal spring is arranged on the upper surface of the fixed block. A telescopic sleeve rod is rotationally connected to the lower surface of the lifting frame. A fixed device is fixedly installed at one end of the telescopic sleeve rod.
