The method comprises the following steps: weighing a certain amount of polycaprolactone (PCL), adding a certain amount of a dichloromethane (DCM) and dimethyl formamide (DMF) mixed solution, and performing uniform stirring; adding acertain amount of modified magnetic nanoparticles to the above obtained solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion and uniform stirring, and performing an electrospinning technique to obtain a film material having a certain thickness; weighing an appropriate amount of carbon nanotubes, and acidifying the carbon nanotubes twice to obtain carbon nanotubes with carboxyl groups on the surface; and dispersing the surface-modified carbon nanotubes in a dispersant, coating the surface of the fiber film, and finally curling the obtained film to form a multilayer structure in order to obtain the targetproduct.
