The powder is composed of the following components of, by weight, 3.5-4.5% of Al, 1.0-1.4% of Zr, 2.5-3.5% of Cr, 13-15% of Mn, 19-21% of Si, 1.8-2.2% of Fe, 2.2-2.4% of Cu, 0.1-0.2% of Ce, and the balance Ti and unavoidable impurities. The powder is spherical, the particle diameterD50 is 80-90 [mu]m, and the particle diameter D90 is 180-200 [mu]m. The loosen density of the powder is 3.25-3.35 g/cm , and the powder liquidity is 12-18 s/50g.
