Treatment process for sulfuric-acid-system acidic heavy metal wastewater

The invention discloses a treatment process for sulfuric-acid-system acidic heavy metal wastewater. The treatment process comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating the wastewater and adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 1.5 or more by using sodium hydroxide; (2) conveying the wastewater to a filtering device for filtering; (3) conveying the filtered wastewater to a feed liquid tank forheating; (4) conveying the heated wastewater to the filtering device for filtering; and (5) conveying the filtered wastewater to a hydrophobic microporous membrane assembly for membrane distillationand concentration, condensing membrane-passing steam as produced water, collecting the produced water, monitoring the conductivity of the produced water, allowing a solution to flow back to the feed liquid tank, repeatedly carrying out steps (3)-(5) until a desired concentration multiple is reached and then terminating the circulation.
