The invention discloses a rotary cutting ampoule bottle opening device. The rotary cutting ampoule bottle opening device comprises two semi-opened shells which are combined to form an integral shape,wherein a ridge-shaped bump extending along the horizontal direction is arranged in each of the two shells, and when the bottom ends of the first and second shells are engaged, a limiting relationshipis formed between the ridge-shaped bumps and the neck of the ampoule bottle; and a blade stretching out from the ridge-shaped bump is arranged in the first shell. The invention provides the safe andefficient ampoule bottle opening device which avoids generation of glass fragments and undissolved particulates of glass by way of rotary cutting by means of the blades and also avoids the probabilityof breaking the ampoule bottle thoroughly. Meanwhile, the device recovers the broken part in an inner cavity of the opening device, so that medical staff is not cut fully. A plurality of ampoule bottles can be broken at one tim
