The invention discloses a particle filling system for a run-flat tire. The particle filling system comprises a centrifuging device used for driving the run-flat tire to rotate and a filling device used for filling particles onto the inner wall of the run-flat tire. The centrifuging device comprises a clamping rotary table used for clamping the run-flat tire, a transmission mechanism used for driving the clamping rotary table to rotate, and a braking mechanism used for manually forcing the clamping rotary table to decelerate. The filling device comprises a glue spraying pipe used for spraying glue onto the inner wall of the run-flat tire, a feeding pipe used for conveying granulate filler into the run-flat tire, and a positioning and resetting mechanism used for driving the glue spraying pipe and the feeding pipe to make up-down movement and rotating movement so that the glue spraying pipe and the feeding pipe can arrive at the corresponding stations or reset.
