Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tool Z-axis tool-setting method, which comprises the concrete steps of after changing a tool, firstly lowering a Z axis to a buffer height, then controlling the Z axis to be at a slowest speed, lowering a Z-axis milling cutter according to the slowest speed until the tail end of the milling cutter contacts a surface of a mold, and realizing accurate tool-setting. In addition, an instrument used for concretely judging whether the tail end of the milling cutter contacts the surface of the mold or not is a short circuit tester or a universal meter; according to the tool-setting method, accurate tool-setting is realized aiming at a tiny area for micro-fluidic chip mold processing, so that the dependency on a tool presetter is freed; and the tool-setting method is simple to operate, and the processing quality and the processing accuracy of a micro-fluidic metal mold are greatly improved.
