The method comprises the following steps that two kinds of metal powder is uniformly mixed by a material mixing method, and pressed into blocks and formed to prepare an original alloy sample; alloy materials for semi-solid state machining are prepared into a master alloy sampleafter being smelted; the prepared original sample or the master alloy sample is placed in a crucible of a heating furnace, inert gas is introduced after the heating furnace is vacuumized, a magnetic field is applied to the original sample or the master alloy sample, namely a strong magnetic field generating device is excited to the required magnetic induction intensity by an experiment, the heating furnace is heated up to a target temperature, and the sample is taken out and cooled to the room temperature after keeping warm for different time.
