A horizontally-arranged adjusting plate is fixed to the position above the bottomplate; a plurality of linearly-distributed separating blocks are arranged between the adjusting plate and the bottom plate; a falling opening is formed between every two adjacent separating blocks; aplurality of partition plates are arranged on the bottom plate; a lattice is formed between every two adjacent partition plates; the lattices and the falling openings directly face each other and correspond in a one-to-one mode; screw holes corresponding to the falling openings are formed in the adjusting plate, and screw rods are arranged in the screw holes; and rootstock passing openings are formed between the bottom ends of the screw rods and the upper edges of the front side faces of the separating blocks on the rear sides of the screw rods.
