The invention adopts the technical scheme that the carboxymethyl chitosan nanosphere preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of phycocyanin, 2-4 parts of tanshinone, 1-2 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 20-100 parts of fat-soluble emulsifier, 50-150 parts of water-soluble emulsifier and 50-250 parts of surface active agent.
