Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of foods, and particularly discloses a mangosteen and lemon juice composite beverage having antioxidant activity and a making method of the mangosteen andlemon juice composite beverage. The mangosteen and lemon juice composite beverage comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass of 30-40% of mangosteen shells and mangosteen flesh, 6-12% of white granulated sugar, 5-8.5% of lemon juice and the balance of water, wherein the mass ratio of the mangosteen shells to the mangosteen flesh is (2 to 1) to (1 to 3).
