The floating seedling raising device comprises seedling raising device bodies which are of box structures; filter holes are uniformly distributed in four sides of the seedling raising device bodies; the seedling raising device bodies are fixedly provided with floating devices which are of box structures; one opposite side of each floating device is provided with a socket by a first connecting piece, and theother opposite side of each floating device is provided with a plug by a second connecting piece; and the plug at one side of each floating device is matched with the socket at one side of the otherfloating device.
