The invention provides an auxiliary measuring device and measuring equipment. The auxiliary measuring device comprises a pedestal, a slide mechanism and a displacement sensor, wherein the pedestal isarranged on a reference surface; the slide mechanism is arranged on the pedestal and moves towards the reference surface under a pressure effect; and the displacement sensor is arranged on the pedestal and records the moving displacement of the slide mechanism.
