Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel microalloying preparation method of a cast steel material. The method comprises steps as follows: burdening, casting and heat treatment. On the basis of chemical components of an original material, a microelement-niobium alloy is added; an experiment verifies that when the adding quantity is 0.01%-10%, grain refinement can be realized, hardenability can be improved,Austenitic-Ferritic phase transformation is postponed, and generation effect of a low-temperature conversion product is improved; therefore, impact property and stability of the material are improved.
本发明公开了种新型铸钢材料微合金化的制备方法,包括配料、铸造、热处理,本发明在原有材料化学成分的基础上添加微量元素-铌合金,根据实验验证,当加入量为0.01-0.10%时候,可以达到晶粒细化、提高淬透性,推迟奥氏体-铁素体相转变,促进低温转变产物生成的效果。从而提高材料的冲击性能及稳定性。 |
