Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an industrialized culture material for culturing pleurotus eryngii. The nitrogen content of the culture material is 1.3308-1.5353%, and the culture material with the nitrogen content above combines mycelial growth with mushroom body formation of pleurotus eryngii. By using the culture material, the growth speed of pleurotus eryngii mycelia is 7.225-7.465 mm/d, the bag filling time of mycelia is 24-25 d, the fruiting time is 17.5-18.5 d, the weight of a single mushroom body is 180-220 g, and the biological transformation rate is 61.71-75.43% and is remarkably higher thanthe transformation rate of an existing domestic enterprise. Pleurotus eryngii produced by using the culture material is columnar, and the internal structure of each mushroom body is compact.
