The preparation method includes: feeding 0%-5% of fine ground limestone, 3.5%-6.5% of the high-transparency binder material, 1.5%-4.5% of blue powder, 0.5%-1.5% of titanium dioxide, 0.2%-0.5% of the viscosity reducer into 80.5%-93.8% of mineral aggregates at 170-180 DEG C, and mixing for 0.5-3min to realize uniform dispersion; feeding 0.5%-1.5% of the bright color agent, and continuously stirring for 10-30s to obtain the blue asphalt mixture.
