The invention discloses a rechargeable portable water dispenser which comprises a shell. A gear pump and a battery and power supply system are arranged at the top of the shell, a water supply area isarranged on the upper portion of the shell and provided with a hot water drinking opening, a normal-temperature water drinking opening and a receiving platform, the receiving platform is positioned atthe bottom of the water supply area, a high-water-level sensor is arranged at the top of the water supply area, a low-water-level sensor is arranged at the bottom of the water supply area, a water bucket used with the shell is arranged on the lower portion of the shell, and the battery and power supply system mainly comprises a low-voltage alarm circuit, a low-voltage shutoff protection circuit,a temperature control circuit, a charging circuit, a rectifying circuit and a gear pump working circuit. The rechargeable portable water dispenser is simple in structure, combines intelligence with rechargeable property and mee
