Zusammenfassung:The fastened shaft section (200) of a valve shaft (20) is fastened at a first location (P1) to a throttle valve (10) by a first fastening member (31) and is fastened at a second location (P2) to the throttle valve (10) by a second fastening member (32). A first bearing has: an inner ring affixed to a first pivoting shaft section (201) of the valve shaft (20); and an outer ring affixed to a valve body. A second bearing has: a sliding section fitted over a second pivoting shaft section (202) of the valve shaft (20) so as to be slidable in an axial direction; and an affixed section affixed to thevalve body. In the axial direction, the coefficients of linear expansion of the throttle valve (10) and the valve body are set to be greater than that of the valve shaft (20).
