ACOUSTIC PERFUSION DEVICES

Acoustic perfusion devices for separating biological cells from other material in a fluid mixture are disclosed. The devices include an inlet port, an outlet port, and a collection port that are connected to an acoustic chamber. An ultrasonic transducer creates an acoustic standing wave in the acoustic chamber that permits a continuous flow of fluid to be recovered through the collection port while keeping the biological cells within the acoustic chamber to be returned to the bioreactor from which the fluid mixture is being drawn. 公开了用于将流体混合物中的生物细胞与其它材料分离的声学灌注装置。该装置包括连接到声学腔室的入口端口、出口端口和收集端口。超声换能器在声学腔室中产生声驻波，允许通过收集端口回收连续流体流，同时保持声学腔室内的生物细胞回流到生物反应器，流体混合物自该生物反应器抽取出来。
