Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a transport and storage container of plastic for a filling material, having an inner container (14) of polyethylene which is produced in the blow-molding method and which hasa single-layer wall structure. The inner container (14) is accommodated by an outer container, which is open at the top and which contains at least one layer of electrically conductive plastic.
