The invention discloses a compact-type five-core composite waterproof flat cable provided with control wire cores. The cable has a flat structure and is composed of a power cable core, a plurality ofcontrol wire cores wrapping the power cable core through extrusion and a sheath wrapping the control wire cores through extrusion. The center of the power cable core is provided with three parallel phase wire cores and a half circle of ground wire core conductors and a half circle of neural wire cores are distributed outside the phase wire cores in parallel. A coiling band coils the ground wire core conductors and the neural wire cores and a sheath is wrapping the coiling band through extrusion. The control cable core is formed by twisting the control wire cores and then wrapping the control wire cores with the sheath through extrusion. The control wire cores are composed of control conductors and an insulation layer formed wrapping the control conductors. The cable has characteristics ofbeing capable of moving, b
