The invention provides a partial discharge detecting device, and the device is suitable for a high-voltage switch cabinet. The device comprises a first sensor, a second sensor, and a control unit. Thehigh-voltage switch cabinet has a function of converting a high-voltage power supply into a household power supply. A first sensor detects a grounding current of a grounding line of the high-voltagepower supply at a first frequency band to generate a first voltage signal, and a second sensor detects a microwave signal at a second frequency band in the high-voltage power supply to generate a second voltage signal, wherein the second frequency band is higher than the first frequency band. When the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal are generated at the same time, a control unitjudges that the high-voltage switch cabinet performs the partial discharge, and generates a notification signal.
