Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of vehicle tail gas utilization, in particular to a tail gas heat exchange device and a vehicle using the same. According to the main technical scheme, the tail gasheat exchange device comprises a heat exchanger and a tail gas exhaust pipe. The heat exchanger comprises an annular heat exchanger core and heat exchange tubes arranged on the heat exchanger core. The heat exchanger core is arranged on the tail gas exhaust pipe in a sleeving mode. The tail gas heat exchange device has at least two states. In the first state, the heat exchanger tubes are closed, and external tail gas flows into the tail gas exhaust pipe and then flows out via the tail gas exhaust pipe. In the second state, the heat exchanger tubes are opened, and the external tail gas flows into the heat exchange tubes so as to conduct heat transfer in the heat exchanger.
