The method includes the following steps: three-dimensional printing parameters are determined, a sample piece is printed according to an STL file of a thin-walled part model and the surface roughness is measured; the same printing parameters and the same STL file are adopted,a number of layers are printed, then according to a manner that the angle of a platform is immediately transformed and remains for a certain time after a layer of material is printed and then the level state of the platform is restored, the two states are alternately carried out, and a specimen is printed out; the surface roughness of the specimen is measured; the dynamic hanging flow effect is evaluated according to of the two-time measured surface roughness.
