Zusammenfassung:	A quantitative powder feeding device comprises a powder box (1) and a mounting rack (2), and the powder box (1) is fixed to the mounting rack (2); the quantitative powder feeding device is characterized in that an eccentric roller (11) is arranged under the powder box (1), and the upper end of the eccentric roller (11) is provided with a groove (112) which is corresponding to a power outlet at thebottom of the powder box (1); the surface of the eccentric roller (11) is further provided with a roller off-center structure (111), and a roller rotating shaft (113) of the eccentric roller (11) isfixed to the mounting rack through a bearing block (3); the lower bottom of the mounting rack (2) is provided with a guide rail (8), and the guide rail (8) is provide with a scraper holder (6) comprising a scraper frame and a box-shaped structure; and the scraper frame is fixed to the box-shaped structure which is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening.
