The technology comprises the following steps of centering a motor rotor, measuring the length L of the abrasion of the motor shaft and the diameter D of the outer circle of the abrasion, and centering the motor rotor on a lathe; manufacturing a shaft sleeve made of the same material as the motor shaft; preheating the shaft sleeve; sleeving the preheated shaft sleeve with the shaft flameproof face of the abrasion of the motor shaft; turning the outer surface of the shaft sleeve, lathing the size of the outer surface of the shaft sleeve into the original size of the motor shaft by adopting the lathe according to the requirement for the flameproof interval of the motor shaft, and completing maintenance of the abrasion of the motor shaft.
