Software project schedule management method and system

The invention discloses a software project schedule management method and system. The method comprises the steps that all test stages in a Microsoft Project test plan are recognized; staring key points and ending key points of all the test stages are read; a current date and time of a computer are read, the current test stage of a software project is automatically judged, and a prompt box is popped up; and the number of days from the current test stage of the software project to the corresponding ending key point is calculated through a time function, and the prompt box is popped up once everyday from a preset number of days before the corresponding ending key point. The system comprises an association test module, a date reading module, a project recognition module, a comparison module and a prompt module. Through the method, real-time monitoring of a software project schedule is realized, the software project schedule is reasonably output, and a user can grasp the software project schedule more accurately.
