The first lock ring is rotatably connected with the second lock ring, and the first lock ring is provided with a first protruding end, the second lock ring is provided with a second protruding end, a rotating shaft is arranged in the second protruding end, the tightening handle is provided with a sleeve, the locking screw is rotatably fixed on the rotating shaft, the locking screw passes through the first protruding end and is connected with the sleeve in a thread mode, and the locking screw is sleeved with the elastic member. When the tightening handle is tightened, the elastic member abuts with the sleeve, the elastic member abuts with the first protruding end, the first protruding end and the second protruding ends are pressed against each other.
