Multicolor flock printing process

The invention relates to a multicolor flock printing process. The multicolor flock printing process comprises the following steps: (1) printing a pattern; (2) printing flock slurry on lint printed with the pattern, and adding corresponding pigments into the flock slurry for color modulation according to the printed pattern, wherein the flock slurry is prepared by stirring and mixing the followingcomponents in percentage by weight in a speed of 2400r/min: 20wt% of an adhesive, 1wt% of a thickening agent, 15wt% of a penetrating agent and 64wt% of water, the adhesive is an acrylic adhesive, andthe penetrating agent is a coating penetrating agent; (3) carrying out scraping printing, stripping flock dusted paper, printing a multicolor pattern on the lint, and coating the lint printed with thepattern with a layer of gum; and (4) carrying out hot-pressing transfer printing.
