Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preventing deformation of a spring in quenching, comprising the following steps: adding a sleeve in a spring inner hole, then putting the spring added with the sleeve into a quenching furnace, wherein quenching charging temperature is lower than or equal to 880 DEG C, and quenching temperature is 870+/-10 DEG C, preserving heat for 0.5-1.5h, discharging out ofthe furnace, and then performing oil quenching. The method solves the technical difficulty of easy deformation of the spring after quenching. 本发明公开了种防止弹簧淬火时产生变形的方法,包括:在弹簧内孔加装套管,然后将装有套管的弹簧放入淬火炉,淬火装炉温度≤880℃;淬火温度870±10℃,保温0.5-1.5小时,出炉后油淬。本发明解决了弹簧淬火后易变形的技术难题。
