Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preventing deformation of a spring in quenching, comprising the following steps: adding a sleeve in a spring inner hole, then putting the spring added with the sleeve into a quenching furnace, wherein quenching charging temperature is lower than or equal to 880 DEG C, and quenching temperature is 870+/-10 DEG C, preserving heat for 0.5-1.5h, discharging out ofthe furnace, and then performing oil quenching. The method solves the technical difficulty of easy deformation of the spring after quenching.
