The preparation method comprises the following steps: byadopting caprolactam and sulfur monochloride as reactants, caprolactam as an acid-binding agent, and petroleum ether as a solvent, dissolving, condensing and the like, synthesizing to obtain N,N'-caprolactam disulfide (DTDC). The purity, initial melting point and yield of the DTDC obtained by adopting the method are respectively more than 99%, 133 DEG C, and 95%. The raw material caprolactam usedin the preparation method can be recycled, and the solvent petroleum ether is easily distilled and can also be recycled. Therefore, the recycling can be realized from raw materials to water for production, so that the preparation method is a typical cleaning production technology.
