Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-efficiency high-turbidity high-oxygen-consumption drinking water pretreatment agent and a drinking water pretreatment process. The drinking water pretreatment agent is apotassium permanganate composite salt agent and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-75% of potassium permanganate, 15-30% of a complexing agent, 5-20% of an inducer and 1-10%of coagulant aids. The water pretreatment process comprises the following steps: adding the potassium permanganate composite salt into raw water, stirring and oxidizing for 5-10 minutes, and adding carbon black; continuously stirring and oxidizing for 5-20 minutes, and adding a coagulant; and precipitating and filtering, thereby obtaining the treated water sample.
