The dynamic compensation system of the vehicle anti-dazzling mirror comprises an ambient light sensor for detecting ambient light and a glare senor for detecting glare. The dynamic compensation system is characterized inthat the ambient light sensor and the glare senor are connected with an MCU controller, a driver and a short circuit discharger are connected to the MCU controller, and the driver and the short circuit discharger are connected with an electrochromic element. By means of the dynamic compensation system of the vehicle anti-dazzling mirror and the dynamic compensation method, the problem that a thermochromic device is fluctuant and unstable in color changing due to unreliable detection is solved.
