Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a programmable minimum quantity lubrication jet angle phase adjusting device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a rotating jet unit, an intelligent control unit, anumerical control system and a minimum quantity lubrication device. A fluid inlet of the rotating jet unit is connected with a fluid outlet of the minimum quantity lubrication device. When the part,participating in cutting, of a tool cannot be sufficiently and effectively cooled and lubricated due to shielding of a workpiece, the intelligent control unit controls the rotating jet unit to be rapidly rotated by a designated angle by means of a related instruction sent by the numerical control system, and the part, participating in cutting, of the tool is sufficiently and effectively cooled andlubricated.
