The welding tooling comprises a tooling bracket, a hand wheel disc, a horizontal guiding rail, a limiting mechanism assembly and a size fine-tuning mechanism, wherein the tooling bracket consists of a baseplate and vertical plates; through the own gravity of the tooling bracket, the tooling stability can be guaranteed; one end of the hand wheel disc is connected with one vertical plate of the tooling bracket; the other end of the hand wheel disc is connected with a horizontal supporting platform; the horizontal guiding rail comprises two through long homocentric-square-shaped brackets; a plurality of limiting clamps are mounted on the horizontal guiding rail; and the size fine-tuning mechanism applied to a casting weld is mounted on the other side of the guiding rail.
