The invention relates to an anti-floatation extracting tank which comprises an extracting tank body, wherein the extracting tank body is a container with an open upper end; the upper end of the extracting tank body is sealed by an extracting tank cover; the lower end face of the extracting tank cover is connected with a fixed end of a lifting column; a movable end of the lifting column is connected with an anti-floatation plate inserted into the extracting tank body; the lower end face of the anti-floatation plate is connected with a stirring motor; and a power output end of the stirring motoris in transmission connection with stirring paddles.
