Zusammenfassung:	Steel plate as raw material is punched on a punching machine into circular plate, which is drawn in a drawing die fixed on hydraulic press into a bottomed cylinder with a part constituting one half of rim. After the bottom is cut off, the cylinder is extruded in shaping die fixed on hydraulic press so that the other half of rim is formed and an integral steel rim is obtained. Compared with available forming techn using steel tube material, its raw material cost is 4 times reduced. The said techn is applicable for prodn of various integral steel rims of motorcycles.
