The display apparatus comprises a display panel, a circuit board and a conductive element; the circuit board is adjacent to the display panel and electrically connected with the display panel; the circuit board has at least one conductive pattern configured to a grounding region; the conductive pattern comprises a plurality of conductive parts arranged at intervals, wherein multiple conductive parts are distributed in the first direction and the second direction separately; the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction; the conductive element is arranged on the conductive pattern; and the conductive element is electrically connected with the conductive parts.
