Pixel illuminating device

The invention provides a pixel illuminating device. The device comprises a substrate, multiple illuminating elements and a light shielding layer surrounding all the illuminating elements. Each illuminating element comprises a first electrode layer arranged on the substrate, a second electrode layer which is arranged on the substrate and does not contact the first electrode layer, a first semiconductor layer arranged on the first electrode layer, a second semiconductor layer which is arranged on the second electrode layer and covers the first semiconductor layer, an illumination layer arrangedon the semiconductor layer, a third semiconductor layer arranged on the illumination layer, and at least one first communicating body penetrating through the illumination layer and the second semiconductor layer such that the first semiconductor layer is electrically connected with the third semiconductor layer.
