Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of medicine analysis and particularly relates to a rapid detection method for dissolution rate of total alkaloids components in a Corydalis decumbens capsule. The method includes steps of: a) employing a hydrochloric acid solution being 0.5-2.5 in pH value as a dissolution medium; b) preheating the dissolution medium to 37.0 +/- 0.5 DEG C, addition amount of thedissolution medium being 500-1000 mL; c) adding a capsule into a rotary basket in a dissolution rate testing instrument to perform the dissolution rate test, wherein the rotary speed of the rotary basket is 50-100 rpm; d) at a preset time point, extracting the dissolution liquid, filtering the dissolution liquid, and measuring the quantity of total alkaloids in the dissolution liquid through an acid dye colorimetric method; e) detecting the light absorbance of a reference substance and calculating the dissolution rate of total alkaloids components in the Corydalis decumbens capsule.
