The invention discloses a safety isolating method of a coal mill in a coal milling drying system. The safety isolating method comprises the following steps: mounting a tee joint (1) on a nitrogen header pipe (10) to separate an A-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (11) and a B-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (12), and mounting a brake valve A (2) and a brake valve B (6) on the outlets ofthe tee joint (1) separately; connecting a connecting pipe A (7) on the A-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (11), and connecting an A-series vent valve (3) at the tail end of the A-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (11); and connecting a B-series vent valve (9) at the tail end of the B-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (12), and connecting a connecting pipe B (8) on the B-series low-pressure nitrogen pipeline (12).
