Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel clamp. The novel clamp comprises a body and a knob assembly. The body comprises a square seat, a magnet, a cushion pad and a curved wall. The curved wall is movably connected with the knob assembly through a threaded hole. The knob assembly comprises a knob, a connecting screw, a pressing piece and a rubber pad. The knob is movably connected with the threaded hole through an external thread. The knob is connected with the connecting screw through a round hole. The connecting screw is connected with the inner wall of the pressing piece.
