Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation process of an aluminum bismuth intermediate alloy. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) aluminum liquid is transferred into a preheated line frequency furnace; and when the aluminum liquid is heated to 720-760 DEG C, potassium chloride and sodium chloride are uniformly mixed to be added in the aluminum liquid in the line frequency furnace; (2) when the temperature of the aluminum liquid in the line frequency furnace reaches 1100-1200 DEG C, metal bismuth wrapped by an aluminum foil paper is added by 3-4 batches according to a ratio of 8-10% of the weight of the aluminum liquid; (3) degassing is performed by a rotary degassing machine through argon or nitrogen; (4) a powder spraying refining machine is used for refining; and afterrefining is finished, a deslagging agent of 0.06-0.08% of the weight of the alloy aluminum liquid is added in the alloy aluminum liquid for slag salvaging; and (5) after deslagging is finished, stirring is continued for heat |
