Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method of improving the organization of a nitride layer of a 1Cr13 steel membrane cover closing part. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that (1) the examination is conducted, wherein the working procedure examination is conducted on a received part; (2) vacuum denitrification is conducted, wherein the intensity of the pressure of a vacuum chamber is equal to 6.7*10Pa through pumping before heating is conducted, heating and heat preservation are conducted for a certain period of time, the intensity of the pressure of the vacuum chamber issmaller than or equal to 6.7*10Pa in the heating and heat preservation process, the vacuum chamber is filled with argon after heat preservation is finished, and the part is discharged after the temperature of the part is reduced to 80 DEG C or below; and (3) testing is conducted, wherein the organization and the hardness of an infiltrated layer are examined.
