Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an oxidized mineral pre-reducing device based on a rotary hearth heating furnace. The oxidized mineral pre-reducing device is arranged on the rotary hearth heating furnace, communicates with the rotary hearth heating furnace and can rotate with the rotary hearth heating furnace; the oxidized mineral pre-reducing device comprises a feeding mechanism and a pre-reducing furnacewhich communicate with each other from top to bottom, wherein the lower end of the pre-reducing furnace is provided with an open discharging opening which is positioned inside the rotary hearth heating furnace; and the upper end of the pre-reducing furnace is provided with a residual gas lead-out opening. By adopting the oxidized mineral pre-reducing device provided by the invention, high-temperature hot gas inside the rotary hearth heating furnace can be led into the pre-reducing device to realize pre-reduction of minerals, so the utilization rate of the hot gas inside the rotary hearth heating furnace is increased; |
