Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a modified silane sealant with low modulus and high resiliency for prefabricated concrete buildings and a preparation method of the modified silane sealant. The sealant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of an MS polymer, 80-90 parts of a plasticizer, 220-240 parts of reinforcing filler, 2-4 parts of a thixotropic agent, 0.5-1.5 partsof an antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 parts of a UV absorbent, 1-3 parts of a water-removal agent, 2-4 parts of a coupling agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of a catalyst. The sealant prepared with the method meets various indexes of sealants for building joint of concrete construction (JC/T881-2001), and the elongation rate and the rebound rate reach the maximum.
